Alison Rauch Receives Greer Relief’s First Good Neighbor Award

This year, Greer Relief proudly launched the Good Neighbor Award, recognizing an individual who goes above and beyond to make a positive impact in Greer.
The inaugural recipient, Alison Rauch, Public Information Coordinator for Greer CPW, was honored for her unwavering dedication to keeping the community informed, particularly during times of crisis. From leading communications during Hurricane Helene’s devastation to keeping residents updated on CPW’s major water main break, Alison has been a trusted voice and a force for good in Greer.
Beyond her professional role, Alison is a passionate advocate for local nonprofits, including Greer Relief, and has dedicated countless hours to helping build a stronger, more connected community.
In the words of Board President Longino, “She goes above and beyond to make a positive impact on the lives of others.”
Alison was not available to attend our Neighborhood Breakfast and received her award a few days before the event. Watch the video below to see her surprise and her humble acceptance of the honor.
Because of Alison and other like-minded community members, Greer Relief can continue assisting those in need in our community.
