Executive Director

Caroline Robertson serves as Executive Director of Greer Relief, leading with lived understanding as a former child of poverty and a deep belief that every neighbor deserves dignity, stability, and real opportunity. Her purpose is to help break cycles of poverty by protecting dignity in crisis, strengthening stability through essential supports, and building pathways to self-sufficiency for individuals and families across the community.

Since stepping into leadership in 2007, Caroline has guided Greer Relief’s organizational strategy and long-term sustainability—advancing program growth, cultivating strong community partnerships, and strengthening the resources needed to meet both immediate needs and long-term goals.

She provides executive oversight for operations, fundraising, communications, and risk management to ensure Greer Relief remains responsive, accountable, and mission-driven. Under her leadership, Greer Relief reached a major milestone with the opening of the Indigo Hope Neighborhood Impact Center in May 2024, creating a collaborative hub where families can access coordinated services and support.

Caroline is married to Charles, and they have two sons, Liam and James.
