Jim Waddell serves as Pantry and Donations Manager at Greer Relief, bringing more than 40 years of experience and a lifelong passion for feeding others. His journey began in the food industry, where he owned and operated restaurants and developed a deep appreciation for creating meals that bring people together. For Jim, sharing food has always been more than nourishment—it’s a ministry that fosters connection, community, and joy around the table.
In his role at Greer Relief, Jim applies this same care and dedication to the Choice Pantry, managing donations and ensuring neighbors receive essential items with dignity and respect. His work has deepened his understanding of the challenges families face and strengthened his commitment to serving the community with humility and heart.
Jim holds a degree in Biological Sciences and is a devoted husband, father of three, and grandfather of four. With the support of his family, he continues to dedicate his time and energy to giving back and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
