What is the VITA Program?

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, an initiative of the IRS, provides free tax preparation services to eligible taxpayers in households earning $60,000 or less.

At Greer Relief, the VITA program has a proven track record of success:

• 800+ tax returns filed annually
• Nearly $200,000 saved in tax preparation fees
