This was the first hole-in-one for the tournament, the golf course, the winner, and the sponsor. “We are really excited to be back at the gorgeous Cherokee Valley again this year. We want to see if we can have another hole-in-one winner.” said Caroline Robertson, Greer Relief’s Executive Director. “It was so exciting. We have several volunteers watching the hole for the prize and when the ball went in, April Staggs from United Bank called. All I could hear was excited screams. It was unbelievable. Pete has been playing the tournament almost since the very beginning, and he’s back this year,” Robertson said.
