RENEW 20/20/20 with Whole Fitness

Get bored when you exercise? Ever heard of a 20/20/20 workout? It is an hour long workout that spends 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of relaxing yoga. It is a unique workout that focuses on all areas and will make you feel great by the end! Join Jenn Mair from Whole Fitness for this fun class!
