Join Whole Fitness as they offer HIIT and Power Cool Down Yoga Faith. The HIIT and Power Cool Down Yoga is a two-part class for one great workout. The first half (30 min) intermittently goes between high-intensity effort and slower recovery phases, and the second half is low-intensity yoga to cool down, in order to strengthen and increase endurance and flexibility.

RENEW Rewards: $10 (please ask instructor for RENEW Rewards at the end of the class). RENEW Rewards and RENEW classes are for adults 18+ only.
